Casino Information Database (CID) module
The Casino Information Database (CID) module gives you access to an extensive database of active professional card counters,
slot and table game cheats (along with known associates), exclusion lists, gaming scams and cheating devices. The CID database
is instantly searchable by a variety of criteria increasing the efficiency of identifing casino undisirables. Biometrica actively collects
information from multiple sources and now Visual Casino 6 provides daily database updates via the
Internet to quickly distribute the most recently collected information and intelligence.
Surveillance Information Network (SIN) module
The SIN module enables the sharing (sending and receiving) of real-time
information to help alert and identify suspicious patrons and devices. The SIN network has a broad network
of over 160 casino properties and gaming agencies located in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Bahamas and
Aruba.
Private Database Enrollment module
The Private Database Enrollment module allows casino operators to create a private local database with new information
that has been collected by the local casino to store and quickly retrieve the information when needed. This may include
information on barred patrons, undesirables, self-excluded patrons, jackpot winners, casino VIPs employees, ex-employees, etc.
Incident Reporting module
The Biometrica Incident Reporting Module is an incident report writing and logging system
designed specifically for casino operations to automate the tasks that surveillance and security operations face on

seamlessly with all Biometrica games protection modules.
Facial Recognition module
The new Visual Casino 6 Face Recognition module is two generations newer technology with more accurate face recognition
results than ever before. The Face Recognition module enables surveillance and security personnel to capture images of patrons
and compare them to both the private and CID database to help identify suspected patrons quickly, before potential losses take
place.

Mobile Database Access Module
The Mobile Database Access module enables surveillance or security to transmit photos and data securely regarding a person
of interest to a manager on the casino floor who is using an iPhone, iTouch or iPad (or other smartphone or tablets).
This can also be set up to allow secure mobile searching of the Biometrica undesirables databases and the property’s
private databases plus all of the SIN (Surveillance Information Network) Alerts that have come in from other casinos.
